Fire restrictions were introduced across the whole of the Golden Plains Shire on 26th December 2011. This means that you may not light a fire in the open without a permit from the Golden Plains Shire.
No fire may be lit in the open on days of TOTAL FIRE BAN.
Golden Plains Shire is in the CENTRAL FIRE DISTRICT.
