Bannockburn Fire Brigade

Bannockburn Fire Brigade Pre Summer Preparation
What the Bannockburn Brigade is doing
Bannockburn Brigade have been kept active over the winter months attending motor vehicle accidents, house fires and the odd bonfire or burn off that has gotten away.

Brigade Members are now busy training and preparing our equipment for the forthcoming fire season. Local residents may have seen us out and about during September cleaning around and checking fire hydrants to ensure they are in working order.

You could help us by ensuring that the area around any fire hydrant adjacent to your property is free from garden debris, overgrown plants and most importantly vehicles. If you need our help we are better able to assist if we have clear access to hydrants.

Bannockburn Farmers Market
Brigade Members and experienced CFA staff will be attending the Bannockburn Farmers Market on Saturday 7 November 2015. We would love to talk to you about how you might start to prepare yourself, your family and your home for the forthcoming fire season.

If you have any questions regarding Fire Danger Ratings, Fire Restrictions, property preparation or any other related questions, you are most welcome to come along and talk to us at the Market.
