Meditation for Life Introduction Offer

Have you have ever tried meditation before or tried traditional meditation and found it wasn’t quite for you?

You know that you need something to help calm and relax you but you’re not sure what that might be. Why not come along to an Introduction to Meditation for Life session?

Meditation for Life is based on Mindfulness Meditation, which simply put, is being in the present moment - nowhere to go, nothing to do, just breathe.

This night will help to dispel any fears you may have about committing to an 8-week program that teaches you simple techniques that you can use in your day-to-day life anytime, anywhere to create calm and presence. That’s why I like it and why teach it. The feedback from students says it all, ‘I feel like a calmer me by simply working with my breath.’

Everyone can do this, Why? Because all you need is you and your breath, so it doesn’t matter where you are. It is especially beneficial to people who need a practice for when they become overwhelmed with a situation as all they have to do is simply go to their breath. No one knows what you’re doing except you. You’re simply helping yourself to regain a calm composure using the only tool you need and that is always the breath.

On Tuesday the 26th April we will have an introductory night for 1 hour for $10 – this is a try before you buy session where you can ask any questions that you need to and try the simple process for yourself. The following week we will start the 8-week program. Bookings are essential for both sessions.

If you’re tired or always low on energy come and experience the benefits of Meditation for Life for yourself. Why not use Mindfulness as a way to allow yourself to simply be as you are? Just a calmer version of you.

You will be amazed at what you can do to help you on your health-healing journey. I look forward to being of service to you.
